TRACTOR TR 32, TRACTOR TR 32 DB. Uniquely designed hub RB Design trade mark finished by polished alloy and powder color. Material and design of the hub guarantee a very high degree of rigidity. Body of the hub is patterned to "oversize effect”, which is combination of a large diameter and thin walls. The rigidity and durability of the design have no impact on its weight in crease. Axle of the hub is made of alloy and produced with three outer and inner diameters, in this manner reaching a high rigidity in the vertical axle of the hub, where the pressure is the highest. This freewheel mechanism is a unique novelty, patent of RB Design, called ROLLIN´ROLL. There is another special feature added to the body a freewheel. It is made of a high quality steel, and cassette set is especially shaped and designed by our company WAVELOC. Yet it is compatible with other systems, bike SHIMANO, SRAM, etc. You can simply tune up hub axle volition with our original RB Design axle ends, consisting of inner six cants and four screws with inner six-cants. Hub contains also four bearings, double sealed against dust and water, two in the hub itself and two in the body of a freewheel mechanism. In the most stressed part of the hub, vertical axle, to improve rigidity we used a bearing with larger diameter, 6003 2RS. In our model TRACTOR TR 32 DB is such bearing placed on the left side, by the disc. All the above improvements contribute to greater reliability, stability, and longevity of a hub during extreme sport activities, such a trial, downhill, or dual slalom. Hub TRACTOR TR 32, was tested with appreciation and success by Cyclotrial World Champion in 1998 Štefan Pčola, who is still using it.
